Concussion Evaluations
Dr. Finley assesses and manages concussions in the context of medical needs, return to sport, school accommodations, and all of the unexpected changes that occur with this acute but "silent" injury.
Autism Spectrum Diagnosis
We provide testing, reports and documentation for individuals with and without an existing diagnosis, at any age, to help you and/or your child obtain needed support. We administer the gold standard for autism evaluation, the ADOS-2.
ADHD and Learning Disorders
We provide assessments for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and learning disabilities, such as dyslexia. After testing is complete, we will develop a personalized treatment plan, provide documentation for school or work with specific interventions and accommodations, recommend whether medications might be appropriate for you or your child, and refer to specific local behavior specialists and psychiatrists that use our reports for treatment.
Comprehensive Feedback

Dr. Finley will meet with you to discuss results two weeks after your testing appointment. Family and close friends are encouraged to join to understand your results and treatment plan, as well as assisting you to process results emotionally and make informed decisions. The feedback session is done either in-office or remotely via secure video chat - the choice is up to you!
Traumatic Brain Injury
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a condition that can occur in various situations and affect people in many different ways.
We specialize in:

(1) identifying the extent of injury and stage in recovery
(2) evaluating impairments in cognition, behavior, and emotional regulation

(3) helping individuals and their families understand how the injury may affect daily functioning
(4) developing targeted treatment plans
(5) determining necessary levels of care and independence
Continuity of Care
We are a specialty practice and you may have been referred by your primary care doctor or another specialist, such as your neurologist. Our Center is committed to communicating with all providers regarding results and treatment plans in order to ensure streamlined and efficient continuity of care.

We are an in-network provider for Tricare (Humana Military).

We are an out-of-network provider for Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United and CIGNA. If you have one of these insurance providers, our experienced staff will help you get your out-of-network benefits. While we cannot guarantee coverage, our office staff is happy to assist you with this process.
MEDICARE
Please Note: We are NOT in-network with Medicare, Medicaid or Peach State/Ambetter at this time. We will support you with proper documentation, sliding scale fees, and assistance for possible reimbursement. We apologize for the inconvenience.
SELF PAY

Our self-pay rates for Neuropsychological and Learning Evaluations range from $2000-$2500. We are proud to accept Care Credit, and are happy to assist you in applying for this method of payment which offers no-interest plans for our services.
Benefits to choosing a provider who provides mostly self-pay services may include much shorter wait times (in most cases, we will see you within a few weeks), improved confidentiality (we don't share your records with your health insurance provider), and improved standard of care. In addition to being able to provide better care, we are also happy to provide full transparency regarding the costs of our services. Unlike with insurance benefits, including near limitless "covered" services that are subject to deductible, your share of the cost is provided to you before you decide whether to engage with our providers.
Please also note that health insurance never covers evaluations relating to learning disabilities, 504 plans, Individualized Educational Plans, academic accommodations, or legal proceedings.
